The Dr. Lucy products are fresh and natural and are shipped exclusively in the US. During the warm months of May through September your 7 Piece Sample Kit, Ultra Moisturizer and Luscious Rose Equalizer Hydrating Masque will be shipped to you in a special, cool shield thermal envelope (as seen in the photo below) for added protection from the heat. This will change back to regular shipping starting in October!
