Does it really matter which order you go through your beauty routine?

Yes, order does matter to ensure that your skin gets the full benefits of each product you apply.

 So which product goes on top of which?

It’s simple! Apply your products with the thinnest consistency first, moving up to the thickest.

Let’s list them in order:

1. Cleanser

2. Toner

3. Serum

4. Face Oil

5. Moisturizer

6. Sunscreen

If you don’t want to use the face oil all the time then just use the moisturizer. If you are using a sunscreen make that the very last step or it will get watered down under the moisturizer and not be as affective.

 So how long do you have to wait between applying your next skincare product?

If your using a natural product(and you should be) then let each one dry completely before applying the next, this not only allows each one to dry and not be wet or sticky but the ingredients actually work sooo much better, you will actually notice the difference!
